Thread: Why should we believe anything you say ever again?
They simply just didnt want to have to hear all the complaining like what went on before CU1. So they pull a fast one on us... i mean this thing is supposedly 3 weeks away... i've read pages on the stuff, yet I really have no clue what exactly is going on here. Guess I cant complain about something so shady.
But wow it all sure does explain the fact that so many key and obvious issue have not been addressed... why? bc they wont matter soon... very soon.
Im actually sickened that they would announce this a day after ToOW's released.
It should have been announced well in advance so people couldnt go wasting their money on something they would not want to play. SOE's bait-and-swicth tactic is gonna come back to haunt them.
And honestly, I have no respect for Tiggs, Thunderheart or Bixiebopper or whatever red name he goes by name (the great "diector of global community relations" or whatever title he wants to give himself). Their out-right lies and cover-ups are shameful, and put a black mark on online consumer relatioons as a whole. If they were left in the dark about this - then still, the blame goes to SOE for ignoring their customers. Reading the dev tracker, ive seen the letter from the LEC guy posted 5 times, and ive seen multiple copy/paste responses from tiggs and garva. Sickening.
If this is what passes for community relations and customer service from SOE, then I want no part of it.
I along with many others would like a refund for ToOW, we would never have purchased it knowing these changes were comming, many of us would have waited to see how things played out.
