Appearently all SWG-related stuff is unavailable, while all the others (EQ/EQ2, etc) are accessible.
You guys might wanna check it out.

I made a trip to the Station Store, to order the new expansion, but there's no option to do that.

It is currently in the process of being switched over from pre-order to order status. Give it a little bit.

Will the Starter Kit coming out in three weeks be added for pre-order? Some retailers already have it available for preorder.

Something they are pretending isn't being released, even though new offical LucasArts cover art has gone up on several sites in the last few days (even after we've been told the listings were in error).
It's awfully funny for a company to "stealth-release" a product, so there must be one heck of reason. I'm assuming it's that it's going to make a lot of existing players PO'd for whatever reason, as I just don't see how a product that these places are expecting in three weeks (and has yet to be corrected anywhere) can be such a secret.

The current belief is that it's a single player version of SWG although more true to an RPG game then an MMO based system.

I don't know who's current belief that is, but it is incorrect.
The Amazon listing has been updated, and it is indeed SWG and JTL, as I expected.
"Features:
* Undertake hundreds of Star Wars adventures to places like Jabba's Palace, the Ewok Village, the Mos Eisley Cantina and the royal city of Theed.
* Work for or against classic characters like Darth Vader, Jabba the Hutt, Han Solo and Princess Leia.
* Experience complete content from Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided and Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed.
* Live online in the Star Wars universe with your friends, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
* Surround yourself with content inspired by the classic trilogy, the prequel movies including Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and the comics and books.
"
You buy it, and the DD of RotW and ToOW are not included, they want you to buy that later; hence the name "starter kit".

While it's needed...only time will tell.
Afterall, alot of players are still waiting for an official publish relating to Jedi being a playable feture within SWG.
im curious. I pay with a game card that i buy from best buy
Best Buy even did that cool intro video when you log into the SWG website. However last week i went and bought all the game cards from all the area Best Buys' (thers 5 in my surrounding area). Only was able to get 4 and every single one of the store managers said they had no more in stock and there wasnt any being ordered.
Are you guys gettting rid of the game cards? Or do you need to maybe just smack Best Buy around a little?
Anyways thought you may want to know as i myself dont have a credit card , aint getting one and if i cant get game cards my4 accounts wont be payed.
Credit card rejected, but due to system problems.
k **edit**? I've tried 37 times to buy the expansion... I payed off my visa so what gives?
