I pre-ordered the ToOW expansion. It cost $35 dollars. Problem is i live in the UK and i have been charged in pounds sterling ? As it stands i have paid the equivilent of about $60.
This doesn't seem right at all

Interesting, I received Emails for orders of ToOW with a different order date (November 1st)and order numbers than my actual 3 orders (Oktober 4th). I guess they are trying to chrage me twice? I sent an email to support, yet I'd like to hear if this is somesort of a known issue.

Same here--got email with November 1st order date...when I ordered before the pre-order deadline (now thinking mistake ?)

TH, I got an email yesterday saying the Station Store couldn't charge my card for the expansion, although I pre-ordered on the 12th of October. The link in the email to update my information doesn't bring me to a page to update any info.It also said my account would be flagged for one week while they retry billing so I could keep playing the expansion.I canceled my account to change billing cycles... is this why they can't get a charge on my credit card? I'm sure there's the money on it for the expansion cost.

I got this also. did you guys not charge me till the first or do I get charged twice for ToOW?

i think when you ordered it said it would place the order and you would get it with the pre-order but you didnt get charged unitl it went live. NOT positive, so id recommend calling your bank/cc company/ checking the statements on-line, etc

I pre-ordered, got charged the 25th, not sure what you're talking about.

I pre-ordered, got charged the 25th, not sure what you're talking about.
Preordred October 24th for a friend without a credit card. Got charged on the 1rst.
