I am requesting a refund for my purchase of Toow as in my mind the sale was not done in good faith by SOE-- Im asking nicely and hope that business ethics and good customer service still prevail. Otherwise I will be forced to dispute the charge through my Credit Card Company which is a course of action that I do not want to take as it would not be moral. Unfortantly I have no other choice. I have been to the new planet once and have not completed one quest or retrieved one reward from the planet other then the initial badge which you can have that back. You knew of this "enhancement" and waited until a majority of your toow orders came in to put out the information to the community. You will see I have a flawless record and have never been banned and have bought every expansion up until this point without any problem. I just can not see paying 30 dollars for something I can no longer enjoy. Thank you for your time

I understand your problem but just wanted to say two things:
The expansion will be exactly the same after the changes as it is now
Disputing the charges will mean that your account will be cancelled, your credit card banned from future use with SOE and it could damage your future credit rating.
That said, good luck on the refund.

1. The expansion (planet) may be the same but my character wont. The way I intended to enjoy the game will not be the same either
2. Well this is not much of a concern really

I purchased the expansion specifically for my MCH character. Since it was promised that a Necklace with +10 to Max Creature Level would be available. Now CH is being removed from the game. This is a case of bait and switch and I will be demanding a refund on ToOW. This is one of the oldest and most dishonest tricks in sales and the BBB doesn't look kindly on it.
