I recently recieved this email: regarding my pre-order of ToOW. A friend of mine got an identical email aswell, and were certain both our credit card details were entered correctly, and the money needed is in the relevent accounts. Any advice I can get on this? I clicked the link and all I get is the station homepage, no option for me to re-enter the info. thanks.
Due to a credit card billing failure we are unable to complete the
pre-order you placed on October 11, 2005, for the Star Wars Galaxies(TM):
Trials of Obi-Wan(TM) - Digital Download. As a result, your account
has been re-flagged for a period of one week so that you may still enjoy
Star Wars Galaxies(TM): Trials of Obi-Wan(TM) - Digital Download
content while we resolve the error. You may resubmit your correct billing
information at the Station Store (https://store.station.sony.com). Once
the error is resolved, the temporary flag for Star Wars Galaxies(TM):
Trials of Obi-Wan(TM) - Digital Download will be reset with the proper
status.

at least its not just me lol. Are we all going to lose the expansion content over this or is it a mistake by SOE?

I spoke with a CSR and was told to re-purchase the expansion and that I would not be billed twice and that my-pre-order status will not be affected. However, I was also told a chat log would be sent to my e-mail..........still waiting for that........

It's probably a liability issue... If they didnt charge you then they didnt do anythign wrong with the announcement of the new CU... solves the Bait n Switch claims everyone was making.

I'm not sure, but my CC WAS billed and they did get my money for it. So why I'm getting this e-mail is beyond me.
Why am I going to cancel myexpansion, buy it again thenwait another six days for them to get around to giving me the CD key again?

Amen What they did was totally wrong to this community. Buy our expansion then one day later release that game is getting a another drastic change. I got this message too and the way things are going I am not worried one bit about it cause I am waiting for this launch to even see if i am going to stay. I don't even log in now and use any of my free time for this game that they keep changing. If I wanted a change this big I would have bought another game. I had 2 accounts and one in which i did not buy the expansion and my last account is SOE's last chance to keep me around.
