I am all for you guys trying to make Galaxies the best game it can be, but a the same time I think you all have done a terrible job of keepingus informed. For something as drastic a change as this overhaul, you all must have known about this for a long time and not once did you mention or warn any of us. I'm not even sure why you bothered with the CU since you obviously knew that all it would be was a temporary band-aid until this came out. As one of the many players whose professions have now been eliminated, I am very unhappy. However, what makes me even more unhappy is the fact that had I been given warning, I would never have begun the grueling Force Sensitive quests in the village or tried to grind the millions on FS xp needed to become a Padawan. As it is, I am a few weeks away from getting Padawan, and the new gifts the veteran Jedi's get. If I had known this change was coming, I could have decided to either finish it up faster to get all that, or to not even try. To make matters worse, you won't even give those of us that have spent countless hours of time grinding xp to get Jedi, nothing at all. That is beyond insulting. Do any of you realize how much time I spent grinding and not having any fun doing it for nothing at all now? I applaud you for giving the Jedis something but what about those of us that are just short of the mark?I 've been basically been playing since launch and I've spent too much of my limited time trying to get a Jedi. We should get something. It's not like you warned us about it and the responsibility was on us to accomplish the goal or not to try. SOE gave us 2 weeks notice which is not acceptable.

After the countless protests that you all have witnessed every time you've made a change to the game, it's beyond me why you deliberately waited until the last second to tell your paying customers that their game was going to change completely. It's also suspect that you waited until The Trials of Obi-Wan was safely out and paid for. And you all wonder why you get so many cynical posts on the forums. I won't even go into the Tiggs issue since it's obvious that for whatever reason, SOE doesn't seem to be able to keep good people in that position. I am planning on giving the new game a chance but I would like to ask all of you to reconsider the shabby treatment you are giving all the players that spent months or years trying to their Jedi but ran out of time. Whether it's an item like a robe, or bonus abilities or xp, it doesn't matter but for the time invested, there should be some kind of pay off. Thanks for reading this, and please think about it.
