As with many others around the NGE forums, I have noticed that many/most are not exactly looking forward to this fast-ball we were thrown. All i can say is that it will happen regardless and the players will adapt as we have before, even if we go kicking and screaming. I am looking beyond CU2/NGE and since SOE wants to make this game feel even more like star wars, lets give them some suggestions FROM THE PLAYERS as to what we have remembered over the years as our greatest Star Wars moments. Right off the bat i can vote for them putting in battle of hoth, assult vehicles (player driven at-st, at-at, speeders with turret mount, etc) Capital Ships and massive space battles, the Death Star raid (on foot and space battle), and one of my personal favorites, add the the Aethersprite light interceptor(the original jedi starfighter from Episode II). If they see that in numbers people are giving support to certain good ideas they will work on getting them too us. We have been seeing a trend in a new planet and a new vehicle or 2 have been comming out with each new publish/expansion. Instead of complaining till all hours of the day, throw some suggestions out there, SOE MONITORS THESE FORUMS, IT'S OBVIOUS, THEY WILL LISTEN IF WE GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO TAKE OUT OF THEM, RATHER THAN GIVE THEM CRAP TO TURN THEIR BACKS ON.
