I justput L3 Damage, L1 Speed, L1 Critical Hit Chance Increase Slices off on a L54 Kamonian Great Staff and the Kashyyk Bladestick without hitting any Caps. I don't have the actual stats on me right now but since they are both Quest Rewards they should be easy to look up the base stats and do the math on them. Came out exactly how I calculated they would too.
