I think you are all missing the point.

From what has been said in the HoC chat and various interviews where they constantly mention players are gonna be happy with the expansion and i seem to recall even a mention of "smugglers may even get something in the expansion" I fully expect our smuggling missions to be PART of this expansion.

In other words... why has it been continuously delayed? Because they were waiting for an oppatunity to make us PAY for it.
