I'm a london bus driver (and yes the big red double deckers hehehe) i've taken my laptop many a time to work with me. On my lunch breaks, which i take on my bus, I have logged in for an hour or so (wouldn't try while i was driving as the mouse would shake to much lol)

LOL, that's great, wouldn't try it while driving the bus because the mouse would shake...um I wouldn't try it while driving the bus cuz I'd wreck and kill everyone.

And yes, using a government computer to play games is against the rules.

Currently I a partisipating in Operation Iraqi Freedom. I can not disclose my location but I will say that it is terrible. When I do get a chance to play I am stuck playing on a Monopolized Wireless connection where I have no choice but to pay 30$ a month for a service that is slower than my grandma'smaple syrup and her56K connection is 5x faster than mine at times. I can't wait till I get home so I can have some good play time. I rarely get a chance to play and when I do, it lags extremely bad and I get fed up and log off most times.

In a given week I play from 3-4 hotels and also from my house.

For example:

last week I played a couple times from home,,

Once at the airport

From 2 Sheraton hotels and from a Hilton

2 Starbucks locations and from a Chapters book store.

So I would say it's out of the normal due to the varied nature of the log locations.

A similar list of locations can be seen in just about every week though the actual locations vary.

My only wierd place was with my old account before I took a long break from SWG. On the airplane out to CES in Las Vegas last year I used the connections they give you in business class to access the internet. It wasn't anything special, actually it was about as slow as dial-up - but it got me online to play. Seemed like the shortest flight ever when you're playing Galaxies at a few thousand feet.

Well you may consider it out of the norm, but my normal place to play from is the sleeper berth of the 18 wheeler i drive for a living.

I was logging in on a commercial satellite internet connection from a Palace in Northern Iraqthat used to belong to Uday and Qusay, the sons of Saddam. We had the connection because, well I am not gonna say why as that may incriminate me, we were lucky and they were not government computers, let's leave it at that. The connection was dial up, but for the most part, since we were like 12 hours different there weren't a whole lot of people on.. It was ab****h sometimes to get a inspiration buff... It was something to do that took me away from where I was and took my mind off the indirect fire attacks. I only wish I had set my wife up on the game before I went there, Chilastrawould have been a GREAT PLACE to meet while being half a world apart from each other.. Anyway, that's my story

I log in on a regular basis from the middle of the Mojave Desert, Death Valley California. Not as exotic as some. But if you were to see the place Im stationed it is a blessing we even have electricty and AC. Now if we could just have decent food, we SWG fanatics would be set to no end.
