Thread: Slicing components

As some1 else already said: Make them rewards for smuggler-missions. (and loot maybe...)
The problem with loot is only the really high level stuff will drop the good loot and as smuggler isnt effective at pve any more we wont be able to get them ourselves meaning we will need to buy them in from other players, knowing how this game works out the good stuff will cost millions making an elitist system where only the rich can get decent slices.
Also knowing how this game works people wont except anything other than the best and if you cant offer the best then they wil move on to another smuggler who will get richer and richer while the poor smugglers get poorer and poorer.

In the table, the improvement of the higher slice replaces the improvement of the lower. It does not add. The customizations do add up.

Salvage old WUK's and AUK's
You can mix the customizations on the weapon or armor up to 100%. Just like the old slices, there is no ruining a slice. Unlike the old slices, can't screw it up for an annoying patron, unless you add in a free slice where the patron doesn't wish one. Oops.

Thank you, Angus. Will edit.
I heartily believe SonGouki's slicing calculator is the r0x0r bomb. Thank you, thank you, thank you. A lot of time and effort went into programming the calculator, and it makes a great smuggler's tool.
However, it's a little hard to search through its tables with the forum search engine, and since I'm a little tired of having tons of emails waiting for me to tell people what their loots do, or what they need for a slice, or what kind of slices are available...
Forum searching is a valuable tool. Yes, yes, when it works. And the rest who believe that a post should have some meaning in their lives... ignore it. It'll fall off the first page listing, then the second, until it's been buried. However, it will still do the job I intended for it. /shrug
Edit: never preview an HTML post.... *grumble*
