Tiggs, there were times I wanted to strangle you. there were times when I wanted to hug you. But most of the time I was glad to see a post from you and most of the time that were well informed. It isn't your fault that SOE was so closed to telling the customers who you worked for what was going on. It isn't you that is to blame for the state of things as they stand now. It is important for a company to be truthful and honest with their customers and you tried so hard to do that.
NOW that said, I hope you find a place in a community that appreciates and Loves you like most of the SWG community does. You deserve to work for a company whos record of customer realtions goes hand in hand with yours. To be a good Customer Relations manager like you are, your company must trust you to do what is right, not tie your hands and force feed you lines to tell the community.
