can someone help me here. some of these items arent in the documentation

intimidated: increases chance of being hit

stunned: applies penalty to defense

so how is stunned different than intimidated?

also there is a rifle shot that says it can startle and stun an opponent. what does startle do?

taking cover--how much is the def bonus and is the cover+10 ability you get mean +10 more defense or +10 better chance of taking cover?
