Onichi, a master rifleman suggested I say this on the rifleman forums. It's a reply to a post about mod stacking issues, mostly revolving around the "new" master rifleman / fencer /tk / pistoleer template thats come to light. I think it's a fair and balanced solution to the situation.

Your thoughts?
