Thread: Taking cover mod~

Just wondering was this removed? I saw a +2 skill tape and put it on my shirt with my +1 rifle speed tape.I then noticed I have a +0/+2 mod in taking cover, with the description being something like "If something will noticed you or your fire when you /takecover." Sorry not in game so no exact quote. I've been a Master rifleman for some time, but never looked at the mods.
