Before novice rifleman, i was able to shoot at a mob 3 times before it got mad and attacked me. Now, with a T-21 with a really good Damage slice, i can only shoot at a mob while prone twice before it gets mad. Is there a damage cap. Does anyone else have this problem?

The T21 shoots slower than the rifle you were using before..... hence the mob seems to rush you faster.
