Thread: Idea to help with our Range and Take cover Issues
So we all know that Take Cover is basically useless..and we all feel we should have an extended range based on the fact we are "sharpshooters".
So why not work on a system that extends our range, but only while we are prone/taking cover.
This may have been brought up before, i dont explore this forum very often as it all gets very repetitive and annoying.
So let's say every +10 we have to Take cover, we get an extra meter to our range. So a Master Rifleman would be able to shoot from 72m.
I think that would be BAD ASS! It would make the concealment line more valuable as well. Itwould be hard to do any dabbling with rifleman because our Speed, Accuracy and Extended Range would all be spread out throughout 3 different trees, making it practically impossible for someone to abuse this system like with CH of old.
Just a thought....perhaps we can work on this a bit more and start pushing it down the dev's throat...dammit..one day they'll like us!
I wouldn't mind shooting that far...after all the game allows for turrets on faction bases to have a range of 70m or so( I have personally been shot and DB bya turret at 87m ), So why not riflemen?
