ive tried loads of different krayt/slices/looted weapons etc. whats the best for pvp? ive heard the jawa ion is good coz it tears thru composite, whats it like vs naked? ive been using one in pvm and it does nowhere near as much damage as my laser rifle does, i mean the aoe attacks on the laser rifle do ~4k damage a shot, the jawa ion rifle does ~1k.

so... best rifle for pvp? and the stats i should be looking for on it...

(money isnt an issue)

A decent T21 or even laser will take out nice chunks of health/mind off your opponent.

But face a MBH(<--- This reminds me of MBA,Masters in Bussiness Administration for a strange reason) with a full compo armor and out come the Jawa rifle that will ignore the armor and just hit his bloody head.

my krayt laser rifle is doing fine for me in pvp atm, i just see a lot of ppl ranting about jawa ions. maybe i should keep one in my pack for bh times

I use a Jawa or T-21

AP 3 is nice because if your wearing shotty armor you get nuked and the Jawa is nice incase your wearing good armor.

I have had a few krayt lasers, but none really compare to a damage sliced t21 or jawa ion rifle. I keep them both in hotkeys so I can switch on the fly as I need to depending on if the soon-to-be-deceased is armored or not.

not really keep on t21s, theyve only just come out on chimaera over the last week and theyre a bit s h i t tbh

tule you mean in pvp only though dont you? i got a jawa ion out vs a rancor and i got my ass kicked, didnt even hurt it.

i know the main subject is pvp, but should i keep my other rifles for pvm, or is a jawa ion expected to be good for pvm

Yep in pve I always use my t21, unless the mob's resists call for a different damage type.

Im on Chimaera as well.

Not that **edit**.

I got one unsliced with 7.5 speed,

max is 390something or somewhere give or take ten,

you basically only need a Jawa and a T21 - both dmg sliced with 33% max dmg/16% mind powerups, and you're good to go.

when hunting mobs and players, always /ex your target so you can see what their vulnerabilities are and whether or not they're wearing composite.

jawa against composite, T21 against anything else.

i primarily use my jawa with a damage slice and powerup in pvp.

the ham cost is very low compared to a t21, the damage is not to sneer at, and those 300k+ composite wearers squeal oh so nicely when their mind bar just DROPS in 6 shots.

There is no doubt....if your opponent has any kind of composite armor on...use the best Jawa Ion you have

If hes unarmored or has chitin...ubese....etc....use T21...for some reason its always more effective for me even though my laser is 714 dmg. and my T21 is 610. must be because min dmg is better on T21/ dont wanna waste a shot with my laser that has min dmg 70.
