I have a choice notw to get Sniping or Counter-Sniping 4. What I want to get is max damage special.

What is better to get: Sniper shot or Startling shot 2 right now?

And do both work? Please give me a clue.

id get startling, so far sniper shot only works well in PVP i think. Startle works in Pve and pvp us it with dizzy combined and its a good match

dail-up suxs.......

Sniper shot is only used to deathblow incapacitated players in pvp, I don't believe it has a use in pve...

Startle 2 is exactly the same damage/speed as flushing 2 but doesn't have the stun effect, so there's no reason to ever use it.

Sniping 4 gives you better accuracy as well as the defining ability of the PVP rifleman. Get this first.

id go with sniping 4, for the extra aiming and accuracy. both attacks are useless pve, seeing as flushing2 > startle2
