Okay.. a bothan does not make the best Rifleman.. the mind stats on other species are far better. However, I do quite well as a Rifleman/Muon-Junkie.
One of the things that has always ticked me off was getting into combat and hitting a muon downer in the middle of a fight. I always used to go back to my Spatial Chat Tab and look for the muon upper and gauge my time that way.
However, I figured something out last night that some of you already probably know.. there is an alarm clock in your SWG interface.
Pop a muon.. hit this macro...
/ui action alarmAddIn 0 9 "Muon Downer in 60 seconds!!"
Then when 9 minutes passes.. you will get a beeping message on your screen.

yep, that's the one Beausoleil
i also have one for food, alarms me when the glucose pate and fishak is gonna run dry.
i suggest you look for this stuff on your server:
glucose pate (this is the absolute best rifleman eats available)
Breath of Heaven
Ryshcate (usually the cheapest/most available. works well)
and Fishak
keep a muon for emergency mind heals - there's no downer with food, just higher expense

What are the stats on "glucose pate"?
I have the others..and it burns me that I can't stack a Fishak, Rhyscate, and Vercuputi(sp?). I get the "too full" message when trying to do two foods or two drinks.
Thanks,

you should be able to stack 2 ryschate but the others will be limited to 1... myself I use 2 of the ryshcate and 1 BOH to get my stats to 1000 str/qui and 1600 focus (10 health/action with headshot 3 and a stocked t-21)... i've very concerned about the coming chef changes due to this food/spice dependancy

i wouldnt be so scared, most of our food should stay, and you never know, there could be some much better stuff coming out of it
but yeah...that macro is great for any sort of spice really... i think ill have to do that later.
