Thread: Master Rifleman and TKM or MCM?

Any thoughts for PvP and PvE for these combos? My other toon is TKM / Master Doc so I can buff myself. Would TKM compliment Master Rifleman better than Master Combat Medic or is MCM the thing to do? I was trying to factor in large scale raids as well which makes MCM shine.
