Thread: I NEED SERIOUSLY HELP Long range how does this work
Alot of people will tell you different things but when the enemy gets inclose to me I switch to the spraystick which is a closer proximity weapon. In addition the rapid fire can easilyfinish of a creatures stats in a matter of a minute. Of course if your getting pounded a full suit of high kenetic protection armor works well. And or hit the creature with your rifle with warning shot it will turn and run, maybe.
I do what alot of others do i would expect. Depending on the nature of the creature i am hunting i will keep a fast escape route or a piece of machinery near me to use as a fast escape or as a cover to snag the creature on while i get distance and protection. This is where i prefer mounts over vehicles. You can get out of range quick but you can't do damage to your enemy. I used to hunt rogue fambaa like this when i was at your levels. I would use the mindshot 1and 2 and a headshot it would agro me I would switch to my spraystick and jump up onto my mount and ride away just far enough away from the fambaa to where i wasn't hit but i was dealing damage as i rode away.
Good luck. Stick it out and work in groups for a while. Soloing can be done but its not the end all in this game. Let the brawlers and pistoleers take the damage while you work away at the mind and learn your arsenal of weapons.
