Original stats were 4.6spd 673dmg. Got a 30% dmg slice to 874dmg. Add on a 33% max powerup and viola.

Found on a random FS NPC.

What does it matter? It is still going to have a higher max damage than a laser rifle with a 600 base Max. Yeah you get a higher hit, but you still hit for higher. Plus in PVE its a killer gun.

It's nice, but hitting a 220 point strafe2 (before ap) would make me piss myself laughing. It's all about the min damage
