Is Mindshot bugged vs AI, or am I missing something? If I end up bleeding in the game, and my mind bar drops to 0 I'm incapped. However, I've used mindshot on 4 NPC's today already, causing their mind bar to reduce to 0. Were they incapped? No, they kept fighting until they managed to incap me.
What's the point of Mind Shot that fails to work? : (

bleeds can incap us... bleeds on creatures or NPC's take them to 1 pt of the relevant pool. Burns (from Commando/BH attacks) do still kill however.

taking damage from any other source for even one point after you reach the max a bleed will do will incap you. check your combat logs and see what hit you right after the bleed tick.

anyway, i'm sure you're right and that's what happened.

well it is possible that a food/doctor/spice/dancer increase poofed tragically at almost the same time. if your stats are normally 800 and you double em with food and take a 900 point bleed that tics 4 times (for example) you will incap when the food wears off.

Bleeds no longer incap anyone, even PCs. There may be some fluke situations where it happens, but if you get a bleed, and survive the combat (i.e., you do not get hit for all your remaining damage with a non-bleed shot), you will not incap.
All bleeds now take the bleeding pool down to no more than 1 point of damage left. Even if the bleed timer is still ticking, damage will not drop below 1 point from the bleed. This includes player characters.

i know that's how it's SUPPOSED to work, but i have been incapped by bleeds after the "fix". i think it might be caused by a reaction with food/drug/entertainer downers-- don't have any data to back it up.
i got taken out most recently by a Janta who slapped a huge action bleed on me. first tick incapped me.
anyone else seen this?
