My last combat prof was MasterPistoleer as well but you will find that rifles take considerable longer to LVL after those first boxes. Pistol is Silly easy just get a pet even a low lvl one and go run Voritors all day using the weapon that they are vulurable to. Yes i had CH skills but i went from 0042 pistol to master in under 3 days while working and gong to school as well ( fan shot with th diverse damage types avalible to pistol means 40k xp for voritor lairs in under 5 min.)

When you get to xx33 rifle where i am at the moment you have a very nice 4x AOE attack again but enen using my nice 4.1spd 499 damage lazer i still only fire once every 4 sec or so where with pistol xxx3 and a spd slice gun you cna fire Fan shot for almost 75% as much damage every 1.5 sec

Yes i too love rifle and am very happy with mychoiceto go back to it but it is slightly harder to lvl than pistol but still easier than carbine IMHO

I using a T-21 8.0 speed 616 max dmg without pup and hunting bullrontoson Taatooine !!

Most times 3 conceal. Shot take the Bull Ronto down and gives me 3900 Xps . Without getting attacked !!

I dont use pets at all !!!

I' m a Master Weaponsmith, was going up the pistol tree, as that was more "Star Warsy" in my opinion. Got extremely frustrated with the broken specials, and lack of any Dev attention due to it being the dabbler profession of choice. Took up Rifleman, and couldn' t be happier.

*snif snif* I had to work my way up to 2132 with the best weapon on the serverbeing a tusken rifle *snif* BUT I REJOICE! the Vehicle patch has brought me the laser rifle! wahahaha =]
