Heard how great this is and cannot wait to get it soon.

Question for those who know. If the beastie charges you, can u use Flurry Shot to make it fall to ground? In other words, what is the effect of the Dizzy state on running?

Flurry Shot makes your target dizzy, combine that with suppression fire wich I have heard works now, and the target will fall down.

How it works, is when you are dizzy, you will fall when you change postures. So If you keep dizzy on your target, when they stand up they will fall down again.

Hmm... I was under the impression that dizzy only works on humanoids...

At least that's how it was for me with Teras Kasi... am I incorrect?

I dunno if flurry + suppression works on animal mobs i've been trying it alot on them since patch and either it works but there is no mob animation for it working or the suppression fire is doing the job by itself and dizzy has no effect.

I've been shooting a friend with suppression fire and forcing a posture change doesn't make them fall over (at least it doesn't very consistently). I have found Flurry Shot + Dot + Suppression Fire + Run Away = Fallen opponent if they chase me or Flurry Shot + Suppresion/Startle + Bum Rushing With Melee Weapon = Win!

So does flurry + suppresion work on creatures as well? And how long do the effects last?

It can't think of why it wouldn't work on creatures but they too probably must "choose" to stand up. I'm not sure exactly how long it lasts but I was finding that it was more then long enough to kill just about anything. A friend of mine who is nearly a Master Riflemen knocked me down using a spray stick and could have probably killed me with just normal attacks if that gives any indication of how long they'll be down.

Suppression Fire lowers a targets posture and Suppression fire raises posture and has a stun effect. It works extremly well on humanoid faction NPCs who insist on laying down while shooting you. It will cause them to raise their position and when they try to lay prone again Flury shot will make them fall over.

i have noticed when i use suppression fire/flurry shot on certain creatures it works... i have tried Bantha/Dewbacks/Squills - it has been working fine. only catch is with much of the creatures - it is hard to tell because of the lack of animation, they simply stop coming towards you (which is fine for me). But yes - works on BOTH humanoids and creature, for the most part.

I seen a master rifleman hit flurryshot in pvp on my friend and he fell down. Now i know it dizzies them.

But why did he fall? was it because he was running when he got dizzied? Anyways i thought it was pretty cool. Almost like a kd.
