it alows you to hit a target from cover without drawing agro THATS RIGHT you just pop them while they stand there . and so do all their buddies . it realy works great once you have sneak and can move in under cover

all i do now is take the biggest faction missions possible either with my pets grouped ( i am a master CH) or buy grouping with a few nice ppl to get bigger mission ( it doesn't matter what Dif level the mission is i never get shot at ) and off i go anyway's to answer your question Conceal shot keeps the mortician working overtime

though as far as i know it's useless in PvP
