I just bought a sweet (at least what I thought was sweet) laser rifle.


It is a 4.6 spd, 50-506dmg, ?/?/61


Now this is the best laser rifle I have seen, and it is krayt enhanced.... but I've read some people on here with like 680+ max damage..


w.t.f is that??? is that with a powerup? I just spent a half mil on my gun... i hope i didn't get ripped off




BTW: i dont care for powerups (due to faster decay) so i am somewhat uneducated on just how much they "powerup" a weapon



oh and what is the stats of a decent jawa?

Those stats that people mention are sliced and powered up most times...BTW are those sliced stats? If not that is without a doubt the best weapon for the money I've ever seen...I just go with sliced rifles...no krayt...the laser I've got now is 524 max damage, 696 with the powerup. But I don't even use it...Love the T21 instead...more consistent damage due to much higher min damage. Just got a hella damage slice on a stocked t21 last night...Is now 229-530 damage!!! And no powerup yet!!

I used a Damage sliced Laser, with maxmin damage power ups. Get that puppy sliced, and pray for a damage slice, put a power up on it and you are in business!

If you get a 30% damage slice, and drop a 33% power up on it you'll have a max damage of 874. My 698 non-krayt rocks for bleeds. I'm getting high end MindShot2 shots for a bit over 2k. You should be able to break 3k single bleeds no problem. Now let's talk best case scenarios: MS1 about 2k, MS2 about 3k = Crystal Hunter dead in three shots - 2 bleeds and the one shot to finish them off.

If you get a maximum slice of 35% damage you'll hit 900.

I tested the "Power Up Causes Decay" before this last big Patch..

WIth 2 Identical Guns, 1 with Power Up on.. (Max and Min Damage) the 2nd as is..

Used the Same Shot 100 times on each. Condition was only 3 points different. And Yes, the Power up one was the one with 3 less condition.

So, Use them Power Ups!!!!! Or, if we happen to be PvPing... Don't!!!!

You sure those are non-krayt stats..cuz if your getting 698 max damage w/o a powerup that means you would have a base damage over 500 before a slice....I've never heard of base max damage that high anywhere...even with a stock added.

Sounds like a damage sliced rifle.. but even so, it's still very good... good speed. And you HAVE to use powerups... there's no reason not to.. they're just too good. 33% damage increase for max!!.. 33%!!! .. Think about it... it's HUIGE!!!

So I'm thinking your rifle is either sliced for speed or damage.. if it's a Krayt, I'll asume it was sliced for speed... which is kind of a shame.. but, you can't pick your slices.
