i have t21 with 410 max and it is not good . u can get it after slise power up up to 700 max this is good

In Flurry server, a good sliced (33% dmg) non-kyrat T21 max dmg is about 450.

What Stats should a good laser or t-21 have or with what Stats you can consider it a good riffle ??
