Thread: How to complement Master Rifleman.
I am Master Ranger/Rifleman, but I don't kid myself about the Ranger profession.
Consider going up the caribeener tree. Since you already have novice marksman, head up the carbineer tree and go for the KD shots, chargeshot1 and chargeshot2 (if they every fix it). If they ever make chargeshot2 a working AoE KD attack, coupled with flurryshot2 (AoE dizzy), thats a pretty darn good combo. At the very least, you have a ranged KD attack, which can be very useful.
Another alternative would be to go up the swordsman tree to get yourself 2 more mind bleeds. I hear its killer for pve, probably not as useful as chargeshot1 would be for pvp though. your choice. just my 2 cents.

Well I won't get enough to be usefull as I only got 46 points to spend.
Not true... 46 skill points in CH will give you something like 4-4-0-3 which will give you like Pet Levels of 43 and the ability to store like 16 of them.
Any level 30 or 40 pet with some kinetic resists can tank against even Kimos. Just rotate them out after each one. You will be dealing MASSIVE damage with the right rifle and the right shots. And that is just wild pets... no telling what a BE can whip up under a CL43 cap. You could get customized pets for PvE, PvP and hunting.
as an Aspiring Master Rifleman, I can vouch for the Master CH and Rifleman.. Amazing..
Set pet's on Guard, and go.. Working Great for PvE..

I'm a huge fan of the Meditation line in TK ever since I started taking it to get to TKM. I can recoup from mind damage 2 to 3 times faster by meditating; it helps when you run out of food and don't want to deal with the Muon downers. There's also the fact that you can heal your own bleeding, disease, poisons, wounds....I'd say your original idea is the way to go.
I'm sorry Tez, but meditation doesnt speed the healing of damage, only wounds.
You say when you run out of food? isn't it a great addition with foods also, or is there something preventing using both food and meditation? And can you heal bleading, disease poisons at tier 2 also .. when you get power boost?

As a matter of fact it does. I know this because I've actually compared the recharge rate between the two....it's double. Go check.
And yes, you can use it just fine with food. I only gave the above senario becuase it demonstrated the most value; there are going to be times when you'll run out of food for a quick recharge, so it'd good to know there's an alternative.

This was discussed some time ago in the TKA's forum and beat to death. The result was no different then sitting down.
.....hmmm, Ok, that may well be the case. I was watching the rechage rate comparing between when I was standing versus when I was meditating; never checked if was any faster then sitting down. Seeing as your a TK Master and have a greater level of experience with the class, I'llheed your wisdom.
Sorry for the misinformation.
