Get off the Muon, now! Get your Focus at 1100, and buy lots of Ryshcate. The goal is to have your focus at 1500 or so, that way HAM costs become a non-issue. Taking one at a time, you will not fill up and minimize you down time, this is key. For our Alien buds, there's still hope. Breath of Heaven can be found with about +600 to Focus, and Ryshcate can be abut +480 (you can take two at one time)for the same effect. Now don't worry so much about Mind or Willpower when leveling, unless you PvP, Mind will not be an issue. With the right combination of food, you will never need spice again, and with the next publish you will have even more reason to stay off the spice.
