that was the original version of the Light Lightning Cannon (BH weapon) i believe. Dev's made some changes between beta and release on that stuff.

actually BEAM Rifle was to be a commando weapon... It still gives heavy weapon experience. but no one has a cert for it.. so it is a pointless weapon at the moment.

LLC also gives hvy weaps xp.

i didn't see it listed as a commando weapon, but i'll be the first to admit i just don't know.

we all agree it's a useless weapon, and that's what's important

Beam rifle gives rifle xp and uses rifle specials.
