Well there I was, minding my own buisness . . .

Anyways, I just got the MRM title today. Amazing! SS2 seems like it shoots close to 3-4 times faster than when I was using headshots 2-3 or flushing shot. Wow the difference is huge! Took a quick look for +5 speed tapes but didnt see any. How much faster would MRM's be with +5 rifle speed? If Im shooting this fast now . . . OMG!

ok. with a 7.2 speed t21 and +90 speed, you'll fire at 2 seconds with advanced strafe. with +95, you fire at 1 second.

the number is what percent your shot delay is decreased. so a 95% decrease would leave you with a shot delay half as long as a 90% decrease, allowing you to shoot twice as fast. as you get closer and closer to 100%, each single percentage becomes more and more significant. at +100 rifle speed (+10 on top of master), or 100% elimination of the shot delay, you have nothing to stop you from shooting infinitely fast other than the 1 second attack cap that all attacks fall under.

Do you have the formula or link to the formula for the speed calc? +5 additional brings from 2 secs to 1 secs seems wierd. I guess it has something to do with magic number 95?
