Good lord!! If you got a damage slice on that thing. instead of the speed.. daaamnn.. still .. that's quite a cannon.
What drops these things?

I still can't believe that's real.
It's really hard to put a price on such a monster of a weapon.
I'd say 20 mill minimum sounds about right..

Just seems lika a crazy a$$ gun to me, the last two questions are maybe a bit ignorant but on ahazi the issue of multislicing (slicing more than once 
) is somewhat big.
