I'm not dropping it because it sucks. I'm doing it because I want to try out another class. I haven't done melee yet so I'm going to go over to Pikeman. I will be back though, just want to check how the other side lives. Also I'm wating for Rifleman to go back to it's roots when it wasn't part of the flavor of the month club. I will miss you guys though!

Of all the melee professions why would you choose pikeman? Try swordsman, they own in PvE or TKA for PvP......

I was thinking about TKA but everyone is TKA and I'd hate to jump on the band wagon. Pikeman just seems like it would be fun to try. Not to many of them running around on Ahazi.

pikeman is the worst pvp and pve proffession in this whole game

TKAs arent a great PvP profession mind you, easily kited.

That's what I hear but since I'm not a powergamer and like to enjoy the game, by the time I hit master their might be some fixes to Pikeman.

Wow, that's quite the change... Rifleman to Pikeman.

You do know there are more people playing Image Designers then Pikeman right?

That is pretty sad but I want to give it a shot. Who knows I may just become the PvP king. lol

Pikeman's awesome PVE. High damage, area of effect attacks, area kd. Ap2. The only problem is the accuracy, which a few seas can help greatly.

One of our former Guild Members was a Master Pikeman, we never took him on hunts, he'd steal the exp =P

I know the feeling about wanting to try new things, but I'm on the other side of things. Just dropped Master Ranger and related skills to advance further in Rifleman...

Love the profession so far though...

actually you can keep master rifleman if you're doing master pikeman...why drop it?
