Where is it then? I cant see it on my skill tree....is it just a passive thing?

sounds like a passive skill, I guess we'll have to wait and see

It's in the sniping tree (why not concealment?), and it's passive. Not sure if it works yet...been playing around with vehicles today, will shoot some stuff tomorrow.
