I have been browsing the rifleman forum because I just hit rifleman the other day due to what the holo said. I have always said that if there was any elite marksman class I would take it would be rifleman. I never liked how rifle IV only had a mindshot because youre the only class that hits the mind bar hard. Anyway, I am very impressed with how supportive, nice, and cooperative this community is. You guys dont bitch about the class, the weapons, or the specials. Every time I see someone say that theyre taking up the profession because of a holo someone says "be careful, you'll end up liking it and keeping it" Thats awesome. I am very excited to see what lies ahead of me in MR.

I just wanted to reply to stealth, when i read your statement ,

I keep attacking myself when I apply camouflage, which is strange. Fortunately I'm a Rifleman, so there's no chance of me hitting myself.

It was so funny i just started ROFL, its so true, but oh well at least we dont whine like the ahem *pistoleers* ahem *tera kasi*. Sorry had to get that out of my system after hearing their top 5 problems, and yes rifleman is the funnest profession even if you do end up looking at the stars as your corpse is eaten by a, Yes its true, Pharple, hehe.

thats becous its asom i ahve to drop master rifel men in a few days but i dont want to no way in hell do i want to give it up im the most powerfull ive ever ben

Welcome. They are right. You'll probably end up liking the profession quite a bit.

The community here is great. Also you will notice lots of good testing information by a couple of people. The testing done by Volsted is exceptional. If you haven't seen it I would recommend it if you want some in depth info on various weapons and such.

Other posts on what to hunt to help level is also usually very detailed and precise. Making it a bit easier.

I wouldn't say we don't bitch about the professions, specials, weapons, etc. We do, but I think that we are just much more civil about it. Keeping the flaming to aminimum and being polite in our disagreements. Which is a welcome change from a number of boards.

But again, welcome to Rifleman. Have a good time.

We ar not as popular to use in some templates as others, which tend to leave only dedicated individuals to this profession. It's similar to Ranger in many ways, there seems to be a more mature temperment here.

But I still want my T21 fixed

You see, the trick is that we specialize. I am the one doing most of the ranting and btching here, and I do enough for the whole profession. That way, the others can concentrate on working productively, and it's easier to ignore just me

you will end up liking it a lot. over christmas i got 4 holos as SOE gifts so i am just going to open my jedi slot and part of that is giving up rifle

i already miss it. but i will definately get it back unless the combat change completely nerfs it of course. it is by far the most fun of the elite combat classes.

I am also very happy that this got 5 star thingies. Yay. I cant wait to get Master Rifleman. I have a top quality T21 on order from our town Master Weaponsmith and I still have my 50k Jawa Ion rifle and my 'super long time ago, probably pre-nerfed but i'm not sure if it was ever nerfed' SG82 that cost me 20k at the time. It still has better stats than ANY SG i have seen since.

I must say, this is one hell of a community. But, ask Tayosis or Serenius, the Bria community is second to none.

Riflemen by far are the best community... very happy to be part of it... 2 1 1 2 working to master! I see the Light! Ands its AR3 baby!
