Thread: Thinking of going riflemen.
Any suggestions on what skills i should get first, as far as making it easier to level?
well as master pistol you should hae some banked combat exp. fill up as much of that tree as you can (speed rules). filling in the rest will come with time.
then get concealment 1 (conceal shot is you friend)
after that if you are into PvP go up the sniping tree (HS3 and snipershot).
if not go up the countersniping tree (strafe shot 2 does massive mob dammage).
get a good laser rifle, or at most a speed sliced t21.
have fun with leveling, and keep at least novice pistoleer (there is no acid weapon for rifleman and you can still stack health bleeds and switch weapons quick and get full rifle exp).

As already stated it does take some time. There are a lot of good posts around if you want to search on ways to level easier. It will probably be a bit longer than your Pistoleer. Though you may have learned tricks there that will make it easier.
I would get Sniping I first for the bleed. The next one kind of depends. If you have pet tanks then shoot up Coutner-Snipe to get FlushingShot2. If you solo and don't have a pet tank then go Concealment for ConcealShot first.
Use your combat XP to level Rifle Specials as soon as you can. You'll want the speed.
Also stock up on some food. Breath of Heaven will cut your HAM costs about in half. A lot of people also use Muon Gold. Another one is some food I can't remember off the top of my head but is something like Ryncake.
