We only get 3 shots before our mind is gone!!!

All our guns are Energy, especially the Jawa Ion.

Umm, riflemen suck. Don't go around spreading these lies about how you can incap someone in 2 shots and DB them safely from 60m. Don't try to tell us about how you have a rifle that slices thru composite armor like it was butter. Because its all lies, lets face it rifles suck, everyone in this forum that says rifle is good has been taking too much Muon Gold. I am tired of all the lies that the new guys are hearing. Now go and tell all your friends that rifles suck, its all a bunch of hype that we riflemen came up with to make us feel better about our pathetic profession. Got to go solo some Kimo's see you later.

Yes, Rifleman is the worst profession in the game. We're all here because the Holocrons made us do it.

A: How about raising you mind pool, Focus and willpower? And.. Loose the helmet maybe.

2: the problem of mobs swarming into close combat, making rilfe useless.

A: i use a Tusken rifle, when i take Humaniod missions i can take out the whole camp without ever getting shot at (not that it hasnt happened, but more usually i own the Npcs) that is 6 levels higher than i should have for my rifle skill. i take out animal lairs from 60m by using a nice little macro.

if i miss, or the Mob survives i can always move out of range.. wait and the return.

i can only imagine how effectively i could use this tactics if i had access to the high level skill actions, a T21 and Mask scent.

Of course the rifle sux, especially if you think you can use it as a pistol, running circles around a mob thats attacking you. Before blaming the gun or profession, ask yourself if youre using it the right way.

This is in no means a flame. im sure many experienced riflemen agree, or would want to agree. For the Marksman rifle tree, it is now very easy to use, for the mid to high level riflemen i dont know..

so in ending id like to say i agree with Sicarim, if i ever become a rifleman, ill return and share my experiences.

hey i did architect in 14hrs total ( would have been less but sleep and the restroom slowed me up) but yea rifleman is terrible, i think rifleman are worse off than pikeman they should adopt the pikeman title "we couldnt hit the ground if we dropped our weapon"
