I was hoping for some tips as to how and hwta should I kill to get rifle 4 and then work on novice sharpshooter.I am currently a tka/MD.

Alright the one thing I would suggest before you drop your tka is that you max out your combat exp. I was a master tka/doc and before I dropped tka I had the max 300k combat exp... This is so helpful when you go into rifle cause you immedietly get the first 3 tiers of rifle speed. For mobs I have heard that banthas are good on tat. All i did though was hook up with one of my guildmates that wanted to work CH and was also working like novice pistol and we just bashed on some pickets. With tka you could also tackle some NPC mobs go in and dizzy/knockdown then step back and shoot them up.
