Should I get the counter-sniping line(like the 3 rd line from the left) first? Or should I get conceal shot and then do the counter-sniping line? Please post some answers as to why which choice is better please.

it depends on what your style is. there are two choices and three reasons.

flushing2 first only if you have somehting to tank for you such as pets if your a CH

Flushing2 first if you hunt primarily in groups or level in groups.

conceal shot if your solo with no tank and no scout skills such as trapping. trapping can slow a monster enough to just use bleeds and headshot2 with a speed sliced laser. and conceal shot as needed to soften them up.

Don't forget that the Conceal line now gives the mitigation, so if you do a lot of faction or NPC fighting this could be pretty useful to get right away.
