Thread: disrupter rifle...excited?

why does rifleman have only like 2 guns? anyway, who is excited about the new disrupter rifle?

why are there only like 2 rifleman rifles, and all of them suck "eggs", if you will. becasue if you look at a profession like pistoleer, its way better than this, and so is combat medic and practically everything else....our rifles are slow...and mediocre damage most of the time

We have more guns, but the dmg types on 2(3?) are broken. Spraystick is supposed to be Acid (who cares now) and Tusken Rifle needs to be Kinetic (I wanna kill Night Sisters too...). Also, T-21 at one point may have done Blast dmg. If not, it's a darn good suggestion and it's got my vote. We do have what may be the only Cold dmg weapon in the game, but why use it?

Please refrain from commenting on the quality of our weapons until you reach at least Flushing Shot 2. Our accuracy bonuses, speed bonuses and specials easilly overcome the pure stats of our rifles. Aside from fixing the damage type on the tusken rifle, we need very little changes at this time.

i dont need another E11.

DXR6 doesnt get me all shivery i could care less for another 230 average damage medium AP E11 wannabe. now an E-Web and Tri-Pod.... i would kiss a wook for that!!

The Sg82 aka shower head is Great to shoot rebels with it. Most of the time they are like **edit** gun is that, SHOUT its my shower head. Some creatures are vuln to cold, (bloodseeker mites)

But I guarantee my higher damage T-21 with AP3 will outdamage my crap damage AP0 SG82 on any creature that's not 100% Energy resistant. Even then I wonder.....

I dont know about the disrupter is it only quest based? I'm sorry i havent done a lot of reading here. Followed one post and that was it.


Barb, i respectfully disagree with you on the E-web though. It is clearly a team operated weapon, If included it should be under the squad leader tree, giving those poor sob's something to really look forward to. Read their posts about it sometime they have a lot of ideas and things to make thier profession better, but have been entirely ignored since release, oops pardon me they did do something to make getting xp easier for squad leader, but that was back for the hologrinders.

Yes A t-21 will out damage a SG82. Damage, ham cost, range mods all have there place in the rifleman line up. There are times when you can dare to be differant.


However its an uncommon gun and there are times when your t-21 screams rifleman and a sg82 just gets ignored. I know not everyone one PVP's but I always where my Hunter Title and Walk up with my E11 rifle. Just like team mates I play with equip power hammers to cause confusion.

I'd be excited about it if I didn't think the damage was going to revert to energy (accidently)in the next patch.



And yes the T21 WAS Blast, which the commandos and people with AT-STs screamed bloody murder about until it got the nerf.

if it is ever implemented it shouldnt be pick it up and run around it should be like the musician narlagon have to place it first then use it in place. but it is one of those mythical weapons that should be but isnt. whoever gets it is where i will liekly be i just want rifle to have it heh.

Sounds to me like you picked the FotM profession, and so far are unsatisified with it.


ROFLMAO! Pistoleers better then Rifleman, umm yeah AP0 and broken specials galore is all I gotta say. It's a good prof for the defensive stackers out there, but Pistoleer needs help bad... I used to be one, not much benefit after you get PMD1 and Fan Shot
