To begin with i started Rifleman because i love snipers...now....
1st question is there any way to be hidden from PLAYER detection i've heard that ranger camo doesnt work against players (somehow i beleive ranger and rifleman should help each ohter if both used)
2nd please explain me some of the up and down sides of rifleman
3rd i'm looking for a experienced rifleman who is on the shadowfire server that i can speak to you everyonce in a while about the profession...
Release the hounds i want really bias opinions of rifleman of both ya and nay of me taking this profession but based on facts
btw i plan on actually mastering it and keeping it please tell me any other professions that work well with this profession

1) nope, though going prone isnt a very good thing to do in pvp
2) ups: damage dealing capability, defenses, damage to most vulnerable stat (mind), cool weapons ![]()
downs: have to really on HEAVY mind stat migration, as well as things like moun, fishak, and other mind enhancers. without those we go through our own mind pool as quickly as we take away our targets.

That is actually sneak, a conceal III ability in rifleman. However terrain negotiation from scout and ranger lets you move faster while prone.

1)As somebody else said nope. It is a widely wanted change.
2) The ups. Well all I've done is pve so I'll speak from there. The abilities to kill without them knowing your there. Stackable bleeds. Stun damage. In a group you lay back and keep an eye on things. When someone goes down you rush in with aquick stim b and get them on there feet. And probably others I don't know about yet.
The downs. Ham costs will kill you. Being a rifleman tought me to use stat migration and what the different secondary stats do. Something I didn't need to know before. You will find yourself scarfing spice to keep from killing yourself. I do a lot of work at range and I go prone for the bonus to hit. When your starting out and that thing notices you and comes to chew on you inevitably you will get the target is to close to attack from this posture. This ruins your attack and you have to wait for the next one while it chews on you. When something is that close your accuracy takes a deep dive.
Other professions that work well with it. I am a rifleman/ch/scout. Mask scent keeps creatures from finding you and some of the traps make you more accurate. Ch is great. They don't do a lot of damage but you can send a medium level pet(25) off against creatures much higher then I am. The pet soaks the damage and I lay back and headshot till he drops. I'm not sure but something in ranger may let you move in cover. Although cover may be broken.
