Looks to be double sliced I hate to say...
Well, unless its krayt and a great tissue or some other loot item...

It doesn't look like a pre nerf, they have that thing at the muzzle and have very high speed.

And +0 for 0m range mod. Not sure whats up with it, min damage should be higher if it was double sliced, normally krayt stuff says krayt, or sells for like 10mil

Never seen a Pre-Nerf T21 so I cant comment on that..... But I have seen a Krayt T21 and the stats were almost exactly the same after it was damage sliced.
You shoulda seen the puddle of drool I created on my desk when I was allowed to examine it.. Oh man that was a sweet rifle.
