this time they stated that the dungeon is in but hasnt been turned on yet due to their need to test more stuff. they said there will be a mini-patch in two weeks or so when they hash out the last issues. they also stated via TH that this is going to be the "norm" for following content publishes.
patch in the main changes and wait and see what happens when they turn us monkeys loose on it, then patch in the new areas to explore.
