I was just wondering as an aspiring Rifleman if there was a list anywhere that showed the details of each special like what the damage multiplyers are and what, if any, states those specials will apply. I checked the FAQ but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

There certainly is.. It's in the Sticky FAQ at the top of the page
