Thread: Just got this question
I just started using the T-21 but since yesterday am not very happy with the results. I think the Laser rifle is the best all around there is right now, although I am looking forward to the upcoming Disruptor Rifle with its acid damage [anyone know what the AP is supposed to be?].
Unfortunately weaponsmiths seem to come and go. Most grind their way to the top so when they get there the quickly get bored and move on. At least on Bria there seems to be a major shortage of decent WS's or any with a large and quality inventory.
It would help if we knew what server you are on, but on Wanderhome try Consortia (TCON Weapons) Not the most uber, although they do get those too. A good sliced T21 sells for about 15-30k depending on the manufactur (sometimes cheapest is the best gun) Multiple manufacturers on the same bot

When leveling it all depends on your rifle speed, but a good T21 is the best because of HIgh AP, but if you have a super good Laser, it can out damage a T21, espescialy if its fireing quite a bit faster.
Though laser does have a much lower ham cost to specials also.
as for best overall weapon its the T21. at less than master have it sliced for speed. just keep trying till you get a speed slice. even a sucky damage poorly made T21 is better than the vast majority of lasers.
the only time that a laser can consistantly outdamage a T21 is when the creature is vulnerable to energy.

Well Vast is gone or on extended vacation. His vendors are completely empty for the first time. Tortilla is good, but his stuff isn't as potent as the older masters. Acker was great, cheap and powerful, be he too seems to be on a break.
