We get our first bleed shot at Rifles IV, Mindshot1.

The other bleed, Mindshot2,is at Sniping Accuracy I.

And yes, the will stack, meaning you can have the both running at the same time.

the bleeds are nice and all, but dont use them unless you can afford to, as you can get off 3 hs2/hs3s before they would have noticed, whereas the bleeds, once they tick, you have a very angry creature/npc running after you.

My question is about some sort of Bleed shot, I've heard Riflemen refer to a bleed shot as if i should have it by novice rifleman, can someone plz enligten me?

mindshot1 and 2 are bleeds - it explains it all right there.

The key use of bleeds is the ability to pull a single target from a group. In this fashion, you can do any mission that has critters/NPC you can kill one-on-one. If the target does not deathblow, you can also get the satisfaction of finishing it off even after they incap you. By the time you get up, they will probably be at 1 mind. Any hit will kill them.
