Make sure we have an up to date and accurate list of our top issues stickied so he has easy access to these. I know we have the 12-22 one, but has anything else come up that we need to have addressed?

How about we make it 1-19-04 Rifleman Status...and in it we just type "please dont nerf us"..hehe....anyways...this new guy looks like he's on top of things...and i'm EXCITED to see that!
