I killed a few Tusken Raiders last nighton the way back into Bestine and off of one of them I looted something called a 'Gadallfi Stick' or something like that (I'm at work, can't remember the spelling). I remember it has max damage of 97 and a speed of 5.4 and does Kinetic damage. It looks like a piece of pipe with a 90-degree bend at one endterminating in a small shower massage!

What the heck is this thing and who can use it? (Not that anyone would want to!)

It's the typical tusken weapon. I think fencers or swordsmen get the cert but I'm too lazy to look up which one

you've NEVER seen anyone with these before, wayne? **edit**, they're all over the place on Tempest. they're all the rage with the fencers

it's a 1hand weapon, Gaderiffi Baton (i believe that's the spelling) - aka, "the Gaffi Stick".

those are crappy stats though,

my best one is about 3.4 speed, 120ish-280ish with a dmg slice (something like that).

on a side note - fencer is a hella-fun profession. unless i need to kill stuff "RIGHT NOW!" i use fencer 'cause it's more fun than rifleman. besides that, i no longer have to worry about anything getting in my face.

Jeisyn... Guess I haven't killed enough Tuskens before now! I do get Tusken gloves fairly regularly though. Don't know any fencers either, so that may be why I haven't heard of them til now. I'll put it on the bazaar for a couple hundred credits.

One of my PA buddies is a fencer and swears by his "Gaffi Stick" for PvE and Stun Baton for PvP.
